Get hired in tech. I don't get paid until you get the job.

Junior or senior. 2 years in or 20. Tech or non-tech. Career change or next move. I've placed 500+ of them. One-on-one. Eight weeks. A bootcamp charges $15Kโ€“$20K. A degree costs $50Kโ€“$200K+. Neither guarantees you a job. I charge $9,000 once you're placed.

The difference

Most people who teach job searching get paid whether you get hired or not.

I've placed 500+ people. I eat what I kill. If you don't get the job, I've worked for almost nothing.

Bootcamps & Degrees

$15Kโ€“$200K+

All upfront. No refunds. No guarantees.

  • You carry 100% of the risk
  • They get paid whether you get hired or not
  • Generic advice glossed over, your situation never addressed
  • No skin in the game
This coaching

$4.5K + $9K

$4,500 upfront โ€” your skin in the game. $9,000 on placement โ€” mine.

  • I only win when you win
  • $9,000 paid across your first two payslips
  • 1 of 1 knowledge, built around your specific situation
  • Maximum skin in the game

Being great at the job and getting hired are almost entirely unrelated skills. It's positioning, timing, outreach mechanics, and understanding the psychology of who makes hiring decisions. The people who understand this get multiple offers. Everyone else gets ghosted. I've spent a decade closing it for 500+ people.

The thing nobody tells you

You already have the skills to get hired. AI has commoditised knowledge across the board. Technical, white-collar, all of it. What it can't replace is knowing how the door opens. That's pattern recognition built across 500+ placements. I put 100% focus on getting you the role. Once you're in, the rest falls into place.

The offer

Eight weeks. Full access. Everything I know applied to you.

The same system that placed 500+ people, directed at your specific situation, role, and market.

To start $4,500 Paid upfront
+
On job offer $9,000 Paid across your first two payslips

The average client gets a $40K salary jump. You pay $9,000 only when you're hired, split across your first two payslips. That's a 4ร— return in year one. A bootcamp charges $15Kโ€“$20K. A degree costs $50Kโ€“$200K+. Neither guarantees you a job.

What's included

  • 8 weekly 1-on-1 calls, in your corner every week
  • CV and LinkedIn rebuilt from scratch
  • Async support via Discord between sessions
  • Personalised outreach strategy and scripts
  • Interview prep and live mock sessions
  • Compensation framing & salary negotiation coaching
  • Direct network access where relevant
  • Everything else the situation demands
Currently full. Applications for the July intake are already being reviewed. I work with a maximum of 4 clients at a time. Fully 1-on-1, never a group. I only take on clients I'm confident I can place. Not everyone is accepted.
Apply for July intake
If you don't get a job offer, you pay $4,500. Nothing else. The $9,000 is paid in two equal instalments across your first two payslips, when the money is already in your account. Worst case: $4,500 and a clear map of exactly why your search was failing. When clients put the work in, eight weeks is realistic.
How it works

Simple process. Fast results.

1

Apply

Fill in a short form. Tell me where you are, what role you want, and what's been blocking you.

2

I say yes or no. Within 24 hours.

I'm straight with you. If I don't think I can get you placed, I'll tell you. No hard sell, no wasted time.

3

Eight weeks of work

Weekly 1-on-1 calls, just you and me. Async Discord between calls. Full rebuild of your positioning, outreach, and interview approach. I'm in your corner the entire time.

4

You sign the offer

You get the job. You pay the $9,000. We both win. That's the whole model.

Who this is for

Built for one specific type of person.

This is for you if
  • You're capable of doing the job. Getting in is the problem
  • You've applied widely and heard almost nothing back
  • You've had interviews that keep going nowhere
  • You want to break into tech or change roles fast
  • You'd rather invest $4,500 to start than $20Kโ€“$200K, and get a better result
  • You want someone in your corner who only wins when you win
This is not for you if
  • You want someone to do the work for you
  • You're not willing to act on what you learn
  • You need a specific company or title guaranteed
  • You're looking for a year-long hand-holding arrangement
  • You need a job offer within the next 4โ€“6 weeks
  • You want to negotiate on the price

"It's quite insane that just 3 years ago I was stuck with no ambitions, to working at Google at 18 and skipping college altogether, and now at Tesla at 20. All of this transformation over the years is due to Cyrus, he taught me how to play the game, and now my inbox is flooded daily with opportunities. Cyrus is a different breed. "I just want to really thank Cyrus! Thanks to your guidance, I was able to secure a six-figure USD salary, a huge milestone considering I was previously underpaid until Cyrus encouraged me to play the game. Also a bonus that the new job is a hybrid set-up with a short commute! Thanks again, mate!"

"I want to express my deepest gratitude for all your help ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ™ Just got the offer from Notion!!! Thanks to you I've gone from a super underpaid non-profit and early stage startup employee to $120K in tech in the space of 2 years, basically doubling my income, making me top 5% of earners in my country. You're truly a master at this, opened my eyes to a whole world of hacks I was never aware of. Thank you so much!"

I've been in gritty sales since my teens: cold calling, door-to-door, every form of it. That gave me a deep understanding of persuasion psychology that most people never develop. I used it to break into two of the most competitive industries: high finance, then big tech. Always with multiple offers. Often without the "required" experience.

Over a decade, I've placed 500+ people into tech roles: first-timers, career switchers, senior professionals who were still getting ghosted. $142K median salary. $40K+ average salary jumps. Tech schools pay me thousands to teach this. This is more direct, more personal, and fraction of that cost.

Sales psychology. Tech hiring mechanics. A decade of real placements. I'm bad at plenty of things. Getting people hired in tech isn't one of them.

Common questions

Straight answers.

Why is there an upfront fee if most of your pay is outcome-based?

The $4,500 is your skin in the game. Mine is the $9,000 I only collect once you're placed. Both of us have something on the line. That's what makes the incentives honest.

What if I don't get a job?

You pay the $4,500 upfront. Nothing else. The $9,000 is paid in two equal instalments across your first two payslips, when the money is already in your account. Worst case you're out $4,500 and you know exactly why your search was failing. 90%+ of clients get placed.

What if I get an offer I don't want to accept?

You have full and final say over every offer. The placement fee only triggers when you sign. No pressure, ever.

How is this different from a bootcamp or degree?

A bootcamp charges $15Kโ€“$20K whether you get hired or not. A degree costs $50Kโ€“$200K+ and takes years, still no guarantee of a job at the end. Both get paid regardless of your outcome. I only get paid when you win. Completely different incentive structure, completely different outcome. And the knowledge itself doesn't exist anywhere else. The exact hacks, the game mechanics, the psychology behind how the door opens. No bootcamp, no degree, no coach has it. That's not arrogance. It's just true.

Do I need technical skills first?

No. I cover all roles. Many of the 500+ placements were into non-technical roles: product, sales, operations, customer success, marketing, finance. The job acquisition game applies across all of them. For engineering roles, we assess together on first contact.

I just graduated. Can you help?

Yes. Many come in with a degree, no offers, and no idea why. Your degree cost $50Kโ€“$200K+ and didn't land you the job. This costs $4,500 upfront and does. Getting hired is a skill the degree never taught you.

I have 20 years of experience. Why can't I get hired?

Some of the strongest candidates I've worked with were the most stuck. Getting hired is a specialised form of sales, entirely separate from how good you are at your job. What worked ten years ago has quietly stopped working. This knowledge doesn't come with seniority. It has to be learned.

How selective are you?

Very. I only take clients I'm confident I can place. If I don't place you, I've done eight weeks of work for $4,500, which is well below my hourly rate. Selectivity isn't charity. It's how I protect my track record.

What happens after I apply?

Every application gets a personal email response within 24 hours. If it's a fit, a short call follows. Simple.
